When our customers provide a video, our team can continue assisting and send the free replacement order or provide a refund. We ask our customers to provide a video so that we can include it in the product report, assist further, and include it in our report so that our product and manufacturing teams can investigate and look for ways to optimize and improve our products in the future. In order to further assist with the return and refund process, as our team members have requested, we need a video showing the trimmer malfunction. Looking further into this, we can see that you have been in contact with our customer support team via email. If it is not working or charging as expected, when our customer reports a fault with the trimmer, our team would absolutely investigate whether there is any fault with the charging dock or the trimmer itself and provide further assistance as per our Warranty Policy. Kindly note that our trimmer can be taken into the shower and the water should not make any noises inside.

Please know that the charging dock does not provide a snug fit for the Trimmer Plus, but when it's put upright and aligned with the charging "rods" the Trimmer Plus should start charging. But to have to pay to return a faulty product. Yes, this is in the shipping policy, and I'd eat it if I had just changed my mind. This has to be a safety issue.?! To cap it off, they are asking me to pay to return it. You can hear it sloshing around inside when you shake it. After the very first use in the shower (only putting under the faucet to rinse), the trimmer housing filled with water. What's the point? It's also marketed as waterproof - it 100% is not.
Throwing it directly into my suitcase with my clothes would damage it less when in transit. The travel case is horrendously cheap and is far too big for the device, it just rattles around inside the hard shell. The stand is too flimsy to hold the trimmer upright, and the trimmer is not weighty enough to hold itself down into the cradle in order to activate the charging pins. The Trimmer Plus is an absolute piece of tat.
